Process
- Consultation
Initial meeting with client to discuss requirements, ideas, take an initial look at the site and evaluate possible design solutions.
- Survey
On the basis that the client wishes to proceed, a detailed survey of the site is taken. This includes soil analysis, level checking and site dimensions.
- Draft Concept
Based on the survey and the initial consultation, a draft concept is completed. This will be discussed with the client at a second meeting.
- Master Plan
The draft design is expanded on and includes any changes that may have been requested. This will be the design solution for the site. It will also include sections and 3D rendering
- Construction Drawings
These drawings may be necessary for hard landscaping or built features
- Planting plans
A plan of the location, number and spacing of all the plants included in the design. There will also be provided a maintenance schedule for each type of plant.
- Garden Construction
Contractors can be recommended to implement the design. The work done can then be overseen to ensure it complies with the plan and is carried out satisfactorily.
- Plant Sourcing

All plants used can be sourced and their arrangement in the garden can be laid out.
- Aftercare Service
If required, an aftercare service can be provided which would include two consultancy visits during the year to advise on any maintenance required and to keep plants looking healthy
